First of all, thank you for visiting my website. KH Empire is a site with a collection of my software and projects. 'KH' stands for 'Karl Hunter' (my name), by the way. I am operating from the U.K. (England) where I live. KH Blocker was my first successful application with over 20,000 downloads on FreewareFiles.com alone. I am a student at University which means these days I don't have as much time as I would have liked to spend on my site and projects. But fear not, I am working on a project as we speak. If you send me an e-mail, I promise to have a reply within three working days. Comments, suggests, and feedback is always appreciated.

Abuse

I take reports of abuse very seriously. If you find some content on my site which you believe is illegal, in breach of copyright, etc. please report it to me. I may from time-to-time allow friends to host mini sites on my server. If, for some reason, you believe they are being unlawful (e.g. hosting copyright material, discussing illegal material, being threatening or abusive, etc.) please e-mail me as soon as possible. Personal Details

KHEmpire.co.uk does not store user information (i.e. IP address, e-mail address, your name etc.). However, when I introduce web-based services users will be required to register a 'KH Empire' account which will allow access to all free services.

Please note, however, that Google Analyst is in operation on this site. It's used to find information about visiting users, e.g. country and pages you visited. Nothing further happens with this information; I use it to help me improve KH Empire's services.

KH Blocker

KH Blocker is a Windows-only application to help block web adverts and unlawful websites (such as toolbars, tracking cookies, spyware, etc.) It works by downloading a HOSTS file full of websites to blocks, then KH Blocker applies the HOSTS file to your system to save you time and effort. KH Blocker also helps users keep up-to-date with the latest HOSTS file and application version.

Please ensure you read KH Blocker's license agreement. Briefly, KHEmpire.co.uk cannot take any responsibly to loss of data, damage, or loss of profit etc. Hosting KH Blocker, modifying code is prohibited. DO NOT host KH Blocker without written permission. HOSTS file copyright to MVPS.org.

Student Budget Calculator

Student Budget Calculator is a little project to help university students budget their expenditure. It will work with iWork Numbers '08 and NeoOffice (provided you download the correct file). Please note that you do not have permission to modify the spreadsheet unless it is for personal use only. Modifying the spreadsheet and making it available for public download is prohibited. With my prior written permission, you can only host/upload Student Budget Calculator if you keep the original ZIP archive, available for download from this website.

E-mail Communications

You may require to e-mail KH Empire or receive communications from KH Empire from time-to-time. Thus, I have complied an e-mail disclaimer which is attached to every out-going e-mail. However, my personal e-mail is different, thus a disclaimer is not present. Any support questions, general questions, problems, etc. should therefore be reported to other e-mail addresses. Communications to my personal e-mail address should not be related to KH Empire and its products. E-mails received to my personal address by mistake are forwarded to the relevant address. Please note that offensive or abusive mail will not be answered, and material will be forwarded to your e-mail service provider or company.

E-mails are confidential to the intended recipient, as are any attachments. If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy this e-mail. Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received this e-mail by mistake and delete this e-mail from your system.

KH Empire takes no responsibly for loss of data as a result of following instructions which may be contained within this e-mail.
